SAPRO has extensive and invaluable knowledge of all country specific label requirements. We label all products before packing containers. This allows you to offload the containers and stock your shelves immediately.
SAPRO is also registered with all relevant independent inspection bodies in South Africa ensuring we comply with different country compliance requirements.
Customised Volumes
We tailor shipments to your needs including repackaging volumes and goods to smaller/larger case sizes as required. This means you can pack out or distribute your stock without having to repackage.
Freight Logistics Co-ordination
We organize the movement of your purchased goods using our list of preferred forwarding agents. We have worked with them for years and know they are the best and are competitively priced
- Sea – Packed in containers and sent via Durban & Cape Town Harbors
- Air – Where shipments are urgent or road freight is not possible.
- Road – via normal or refrigerated trucks into African countries.
If you prefer using your own freight agents, we are happy to work with them too.
Quality Control
We are meticulous in ensuring that stock delivered into our warehouse has a shelf life with a long enough lead time to export overseas. We understand how vital this is to you. Our warehouse has strict rules on returning short life products or damaged goods.
Refrigerated Transportation
In 2017 we expanded into the market of refrigerated containers for freight into Africa, specifically into Malawi. We also offer cold storage facilities and are able to send all fresh products such as fruits, vegetables, and dairy products to name a few.
